lovely room and great location

the room was very comfortable and it had a coffee machine with capsules. the bed was huge. i found it easy to park as the hotel has an agreement with a parking nearby. it has spacious spots and is about 5 minutes by foot from the hotel.
my room overlooked the road. each time a car drove past, i noticed two bangs. i later deduced it was a loose manhole cover in the road directly outside my window.

the hotel enjoys a great location for exploring the city. it is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. public transportation is also easily accessible from here.

the staff was attentive and always willing to assist with any requests. they were also knowledgeable about the area and provided helpful recommendations. i found them very professional.

The room i was assigned was not great. the air conditioning was quite noisy. there was also a noticeable lack of assistance with luggage. Nobody offered help to carry my bags upon arrival or departure.

my room lacked small details i expected for a special feel. the coffee machine needed an upgrade and the mugs were too small. i also noted the absence of shower facilities for use after checkout because of ongoing maintenance.

the rooftop pool area seemed nice.
the room i got was disappointing. the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the decor seemed like a random mix. one of the towels felt old and had stains. i was not impressed.

I found location very convenient. The city center is easily accessible from here. The bed was super comfortable, I slept well. The breakfast offered enough variety.
The pool is small. It's more suitable for a quick dip than a proper swim. I wish it was bigger.
